Return Policy

Jewelry, not created as a custom order, may be returned for a REFUND, CREDIT, or EXCHANGE within 14 days from the date shipped.  As described below, jewelry that is created as custom order MAY NOT be returned; all such purchases of custom jewelry are FINAL. In order for refund, credit, or exchange to be granted, all items purchased must be returned in their original and unworn condition. "Original and unworn" means that there are no marks, blemishes, or scratches on the metal, stone(s) or other materials, alterations or signs of wear on the item or tag. The tag must be attached to the item. Used, worn, or broken items are not eligible for a refund, credit or exchange. All original packaging and all paperwork must be returned. In order to return an item, call before returning the item(s) to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Clearly print the code on the outside of the package. We are unable to process returns/exchanges without such a return code. For your security please return item(s) with an insured courier and retain your shipping receipt.  Bad Frog’s 2 Dezine Art is not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit.

Pieces that are created as a special order and/ or custom design, a custom order, or jewelry, that requires modification such as ring sizing, exchanging stones/ crystals and is ordered as a custom order ARE NOT returnable.



Custom designed or special order pieces will match the design you approved including dimensions, type of stone(s) and crystal(s), and metals (gold, silver, copper, bronze or other metals), are subject to slight variations due to the nature of hand craft jewelry that may include minor variations in the overall size of the piece and/or minor difference in the stone and/ or crystal colors and shape.  Any standard item that is customized (special ring size, adding stones/ crystals, changing stones/ crystals, etc.)  and provided as ordered is not returnable for refund.



When an order is processed and shipped to a customer and the package is returned marked "return to sender" or because of address error on the part of the customer, we will charge the customer for the return shipping charges. If the customer still requests the item to be shipped back to a correct address the recipient will be charged such additional shipping fees.



When an order is processed and shipped to a customer and the package is returned marked “refused” or “no signature” was obtained by the courier after several delivery attempts and was held at the courier for a specified time for the customer to pick up. Then the courier returned the package to Bad Frog’s 2 Dezine Art the recipient will be charged for the return shipping.



Gift certificates are a final sale and cannot be returned.
